BACKGROUND
A 54-year-old woman has had aggressive rheumatoid arthritis for several years. The patient developed rheumatoid lung disease for which she required treatment with corticosteroids. More recently, she developed recurrent episodes of a small amount of hemoptysis. A chest radiograph and CT scan are obtained. What is the diagnosis?
Hint
The air crescent sign is also described as the air meniscus sign.
